The problem we are addressing is the lack of a sense of security among women. The self-defense accessories currently available on the market are either too harsh in their form or, conversely, overly stereotypical of women. Our goal is to encourage women to take care of their safety in their own style.
Our jewelry combines functionality with elegance, allowing women to wear a self-defense tool in a form that not only serves its purpose but also highlights their individual style. We aim to break the stereotypes regarding the harsh appearance of self-defense accessories by introducing an element of aesthetics to this field.
The zine included with Savfe jewelry is a guide to effective self-defense. The information, based on an anatomical map of the body, helps understand where the human body's vulnerable spots are and how to properly target them. The screen-printed instruction manual complements the knowledge about our jewelry. It also includes details about the project's mission and its history.
